A child may qualify for the preschool program if they: -- Are four years old by August 1 and meet income requirements, -- Have a recognized disability or speech delay at age four, or -- Have a disability or speech delay at age three, even if their fourth birthday is after August 1. Once you have completed the online application, preschool staff will contact you to schedule a screening date and time. *COMPLETING THE APPLICATION AND SCREENING PROCESS DOES NOT GUARANTEE PLACEMENT IN THE PRESCHOOL PROGRAM.
